About ordering
From order to delivery
- Order your product *Our store accepts orders up to 9:30 a.m. on weekdays (12:00 p.m. on weekdays for next-day delivery) on the same day, and orders placed after that will be processed on the next business day.
- Automatic email delivery <br/>When you place an order, you will first receive an automatic reply email from our store with the subject "Thank you for your LOOPA order (order confirmation)."
After that, we will check the stock status and send you an order confirmation email.
*This will be sent automatically from the system. If you reply to the "LOOPA Thank you for your order (order confirmation)", we will not be able to check it on the system. Please be sure to reply or contact us via email from our staff if you have any questions. - Order confirmation email sent <br/>We will normally send you an email confirming your order the next business day.
This will confirm your order details, provide payment information, and inform you of expected delivery date.
Please note that if our store is closed on weekends, national holidays, the New Year holidays, Obon holidays, etc., your order may be processed on the next business day or later. - Payment confirmation <br/>We will confirm your payment depending on your preferred payment method. If you choose prepayment, please make payment to our designated account within one week of placing your order.

Product Shipping <br/>As a general rule, orders received by 9:30 a.m. on weekdays (next day delivery by 12:00 p.m. on weekdays) will be shipped on the same day if payment has been made and the product is in stock.
Pre-ordered items will be shipped around the expected shipping date stated on the product page. - Shipping Completion Email <br/>Once shipping is complete, we will send you a shipping completion email which includes your package's tracking number.
If you wish to change the delivery date or time after receiving the "Shipping Completion Email," please contact the delivery company directly using the "package number" we will provide you. - When the product arrives <br/>Once the product arrives, please check its condition.
We would appreciate it if you could fill out a product review so that we can use it as a reference for future store operations and product planning.
We are distributing coupons so that you can enjoy shopping at a better price. Please feel free to use them.
Code type [coupon]
This is a coupon that requires customers to enter a code. When used, the regular price is automatically discounted, and the price on the order confirmation screen is displayed as the final discounted price. Get the coupon and set it to be used when placing your order.
We will enclose it when the product is shipped, so if you would like it, please enter the recipient's name and any notes in the "Message to store" field on the payment page.

In the case of cash on delivery, the receipt given at the time of delivery will be the official receipt.
*If you choose mail delivery, we cannot send a delivery note or receipt together.
*If you would like a receipt, please let us know and we will send it to you by mail (postage fee of 100 yen will be borne by the customer).
If you would like to have your order shipped together with another order you have already placed, we will put the shipment on hold, so if you place your order after 12:00 noon, please contact us by 12:00 noon the following day, and if you place your order before noon, please contact us by 12:00 noon on the same day.
When placing additional orders, the items must match the same name, address, payment method, and shipping method in order to be shipped together.
Please note that we cannot combine shipping if the items have already been prepared for shipping.
The reservation period will be one week from the date of order.
If you wish to do so, please let us know your request in the "Message to store" section on the payment page, referring to the information below.

After that, once we have confirmed your additional order, we will arrange for the items to be shipped together.
If there is no additional order or contact from you, the product will be shipped one week later.
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us by email or phone before the order is shipped.
Due to system limitations, we may not be able to accept changes to payment methods other than cash on delivery, bank transfer, postal transfer, and convenience store payment.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations of orders after 11:30 AM on the scheduled shipping date. If shipping has already been arranged, we will accept returns or exchanges.
When ordering, please select the wrapping you would like and add the item to your shopping cart. Wrapping is available for a fee.
*Some products cannot be wrapped.
