From order to delivery

  1. Order your product *Our store accepts orders up to 9:30 a.m. on weekdays (12:00 p.m. on weekdays for next-day delivery) on the same day, and orders placed after that will be processed on the next business day.

    This will confirm your order details, provide payment information, and inform you of expected delivery date.
    Please note that if our store is closed on weekends, national holidays, the New Year holidays, Obon holidays, etc., your order may be processed on the next business day or later.
  4. Payment confirmation <br/>We will confirm your payment depending on your preferred payment method. If you choose prepayment, please make payment to our designated account within one week of placing your order.

    Pre-ordered items will be shipped around the expected shipping date stated on the product page.
  6. Shipping Completion Email <br/>Once shipping is complete, we will send you a shipping completion email which includes your package's tracking number.
    If you wish to change the delivery date or time after receiving the "Shipping Completion Email," please contact the delivery company directly using the "package number" we will provide you.
  7. When the product arrives <br/>Once the product arrives, please check its condition.
    We would appreciate it if you could fill out a product review so that we can use it as a reference for future store operations and product planning.

We are distributing coupons so that you can enjoy shopping at a better price. Please feel free to use them.

This is a coupon that requires customers to enter a code. When used, the regular price is automatically discounted, and the price on the order confirmation screen is displayed as the final discounted price. Get the coupon and set it to be used when placing your order.

Notes on international shipping

Returns and Exchanges

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • If 15 days or more have passed since the product was delivered and no application has been made through the return/exchange form
  • Products that cannot be returned or exchanged after opening, such as underwear, swimwear, and yoga mats
  • Products that have been opened and used or show signs of use
  • If the item becomes smelly from perfume, tobacco, or other odors due to trying on, or if the item is damaged (scratched, dirty, loose threads, deformed, etc.)
  • Products that have been dry-cleaned, washed, or altered
  • Products without packaging (bags, cases, tags) or accessories
  • Products that are clearly stated as non-returnable on the page

Cooling off period

Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience

  • Please note that shipping and handling fees incurred when returning a product for personal reasons will be borne by the customer.

If you use cash on delivery

We will arrange for the exchange product to be shipped via cash on delivery, with only the shipping fee of 660 yen + cash on delivery fee of 330 yen. If you wish to exchange the product for a different product and the product price is different, we will charge you the difference in price + shipping fee of 660 yen + cash on delivery fee of 330 yen via cash on delivery.

When using bank, postal or convenience store payment

We will provide you with instructions on how to transfer the shipping fee of 660 yen (330 yen for mail delivery) + 216 yen payment fee for the replacement product. After confirming your payment, we will arrange for the replacement product to be shipped.

■ Regarding returns of deferred payment items

In case of return due to customer's convenience

  1. We will deliver the product before you invoice us.
  2. You will receive an invoice from Pay Later.com by mail, separate from the product.
  3. Please pay within 14 days from the invoice date.
    We cannot accept cancellations after an invoice has been issued, so even if you wish to return the item at this point, please make sure to pay via invoice.
  4. Please fill in and submit the return/exchange request form within 14 days of receiving the product.
    Alternatively, please send an email to shop@irox.jp stating your request for return/exchange.
    We will provide you with a return/exchange application form.
  5. We will inform you of the return and exchange procedure via email. Please confirm the procedure and then send the product via [Takkyubin] or [Yu-Pack] to the specified return address.
    *Please note that shipping fees and handling charges incurred when shipping products will be borne by the customer.
  6. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund your payment.

Return or exchange due to defective product or incorrect delivery

If any of the following apply to you , please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • If you receive a product different from the one you ordered
  • If the product is damaged, dirty, scratched, etc. (However, if this is stated on the product page in advance, such as in the case of outlet products, it will not be considered a product defect)
  • Please fill in and submit the required information on the [Return/Exchange Application Form] within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • We will check the defect or deficiency of the product and prepare a replacement product.

  • A courier will deliver the replacement product to you. Please hand over the returned product to the driver at that time.
